My viral load is undetectable, can I have a baby?

I’ve been positive for 11 years. My viral load is undetectable and has been for a long time. I’d like to have a family, however I’m worried because my husband is negative.
Answer
Thanks for getting in touch.
Yes you can try for a child with your husband. Due to your viral load being undetectable there’s no risk of transmission. Please see here for more info: https://i-base.info/u-equals-u/
