How frequently should i check my viral load is still undetectable if I am having sex with a negative partner?

Transmitting HIV is not a risk if you are undetectable. As long as you adhere to ART there is no chance of viral rebound and transmission is not possible.
In the UK your viral load should be checked at least once a year, possibly more if you have any symptoms.
