I missed a dose of medication. Is my partner at risk?

Good day. I’m HIV positive and missed one days dose of my meds. This day I had sex without a condom with my partner. Could I have put her at risk? I’ve been taking my medication religiously all along and have been undetectable for years.

Missing one dose will not impact your undetectable status. You will not have put your parter at risk. It takes longer than a day for your viral load to rebound to a detectable level.
