I tested HIV negative, my wife tested HIV positive. What should I do?

With one partner being HIV positive and the other negative, this does not mean the end to a relationship. There are many couples over the world with a different status who go on and have incredible relationships/families.

As your wife has only recently found out that she is HIV positive, she will likely need support to process how this will impact hers and your own life.
