I used to take ARVs and stopped for more than a year. My viral load is now 1900 again. What now?

Can I ask why you stopped taking ARVs? ARVs are the only medication (including herbal and supplements) proven to manage HIV and suppress viral load.

Have you been taking anything else for HIV? and would you consider going back onto ARVs? Doing so will be the best way to help reduce your viral load again.
