Hi Moses, how are you doing?

Yes you can drive while taking ARVs. There is no restriction to taking ARVs and driving.

Drowsiness and sleep disturbances are possible side effects. Even more so in the first few weeks of starting ART. When you understand how your ARVs affect you and if there are any side effects you can determine if you are safe to drive while using them. In general people do not have trouble driving while taking ARVs.
