What is the difference between the ELISA and ELFA test?

I am from India.
I had a possible exposure to HIV on 23rd Nov 2008 and tested for HIV on 25th Feb 2009 – 96 days after exposure. The HIV test result said HIV I and II (ELFA) – Non Reactive. A year later, on 2nd Feb 2010 I again got an HIV test done, the result reported was HIV I and II (ELFA) – Non Reactive.
What is the difference between ELFA and ELISA HIV tests?
Are my results conclusive?

The Enzyme-Linked Fluourescent Assay (ELFA) is a slightly newer version of the Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) test. Both work in a similar way but the ELFA has a window period which is about 5 days shorter than the ELISA test.
Both are very accurate and will detect about 95% of infections at 28 days and more than 99.99% of infections at 90 days.

I had a possible exposure to HIV on 2005 and on 2011I I got an HIV test done, the result reported were HIV p24ag(ELFA):negative and HIV 1&2 total ab(ELFA):negative,I wanted to see this result is reliable?
