I accidentally took the morning dose of Paxlovid in the evening. Is that a problem?

Did you not take the morning dose? and instead you only had Paxlovid in the evening?
As with most medication, this is likely to be fine. Continue taking your medication when you were originally meant to.
If you notice any side effects/unexpected symptoms please speak to a pharmacist/doctor.

I opened the wrong blister by mistake, and then sealed the pill with adhesive. Is it safe to take?

What is left in the current morning and evening blister packs that you have opened?
You can start tomorrow with an unopened morning dose and take the full blister pack. Then do the same with the evening dose.
I took first dose paxlovid incorrectly—I took one pill from the morning and one pill from the evening blister together . Fidnt know there was a difference —-help. It was only my first dose.
Hi Louise, Paxlvid is best taken 12 hours apart to make sure it is most effective. To help make sure the times work for you, if you take you’re next dose at 10pm? This will allow for a 9 hour gap in the first dose. You can then continue your treatment at 10am the following morning with a 12 hour gap.
From this point you can complete the course of Paxlovid at 10am and 10pm and this means you will not need to stay up too late.

Hi Josephina, yes you can do this. You can then choose more suitable times of the day for the remanning duration fo the course e.g., 8am and 8pm.
I just got my paxlovid delivered. I took the morning dose at 4pm. Can I take the evening dose at 2 am?
