My boyfriend is HIV positive and i’m negative. He is on medication, can I sleep with him without condom?

Hi, how are you doing?

Do you know your boyfriends viral load? When it is below 200/undetectable and he is still on medication you can sleep with your boyfriend without a condom. This is known as U=U.

Even with a higher viral load, being on treatment will still greatly reduce the risk of transmission.
