Are yellow stools okay on PEP?

Hi I’m 23 years old.
I had unprotected sex with a girl who had 4 partners but I don’t know her HIV status.
It’s my 6th day on pep TLD (Viropil). Yesterday night when I was sleeping I got a sharp pain on the right side around liver and kidney I can’t say accurately where. I’ve got yellow stools for 2 days. And I’m very tired and weak right now. My bones and muscles are weak. I didn’t test for kidney and liver as I was running late and directly took PEP on 60th hour. Are yellow stools okay? And is this pain okay? Kindly help as I’m in stressed. Thank you

Have you been able to speak with a doctor about your symptoms?
There are many causes of yellow stools and this should be assessed by your doctor. They will also be able to determine the cause of this pain. Have you experienced anything like this before?
Viropil is a generic version of TLD. TLD can cause stomach discomfort. Less commonly it would cause the other symptoms you have mentioned e.g., weak muscles. How long have you been feeling tired? Are you sleeping alright?
What time of the day are you taking PEP?

Now i wanna know if i got any STIs so will the lab tests be accurate just after PEP or should i wait. Like i wanna test for hepatitis and other STIs. Will pep interact with my lab tests
Hi Sam, Axithromycin and Montemac Fx does not interact with TlD. Antacids can sometimes interact with TLD and reduce how much is absorbed. To avoid this you can take TLD and antacids at opposite ends of the day e.g., TLD in the morning and the antacid before you go to bed.
Hey josh! I’m on my 18th day now on tld.
I have acid reflux for like 1 year and sometimes it makes my throat sore.
I usually take Azithromycin, montemac fx, and antacids when i get sore throat.
But as I’m on pep right now I’m afraid that these medicines will interfere with TLD.
Can you suggest me some medicine for my sore throat caused due to acid reflux.

Hi Case, how did you reuse the lancet needle? A lancet should be sheathed after its first use meaning you would not be able to reuse it. Did the needle pierce your skin after the first person?
The lancet needle that i use blood is not coming out immediately, they is no blood inside the lancet needle as I used it to test myself, please help me out, ask one of our my doctor is trying to telling me is wrong to use the same lancet needle to someone, and him told me to stop worrying myself about hiv lancet needle is not carry blood that will transfer hiv to someone please help me out
