Can I use USN Phedracut sliming packs?

Hi,I’ve started taking my ARVs in February and I’m gaining weight drastically. I’ve tried gym, eating well and jogging nothing helps…Is it safe to take USN Phedracut sliming packs as this has always been what I’ve used to loose weight before my diagnosis?

What is the name of the ARVs you are taking? and how much weight have you gained since February?
These USN Phedracut slimming packs do not contain anything that will interact with your ARVs. You can take them together.

Hi Tebego, I am sorry to hear about the changes you have been experiencing. Are you on any other medications apart from Truvada? Have you mentioned this to your doctor? Changing skin colour has been seen to be a common effect. A previous thread about this can be found here: https://i-base.info/qa/803
10kg over a few months is quite significant. Aside from the medication has anything else changed in your life over the last few months e.g eating more, change in job, less active? and have you noticed any other symptoms like tiredness, low mood or even problems with your vision?
I’m currently on truvada,I was weighing 70kg in February I now weigh 80kg and my complexion has turned darker if I put my hand on my face you see a huge difference even my feet
I went to the clinic and they told me my cd4 count and viral load requires that I stay on truvada…I’m ok with my condition mentally but the changes really get to me
