Hello, so i’m on holiday and I forgot my meds and didn’t take them from 14.10. I’m coming back on 26.10 so will I have problems for that?

Where are you on holiday? E.g., if you have gone to the UK you would be able to go to a sexual health clinic to collect an emergency prescription of ARVs.
What is the name of the meds you normally take? and do you know what your viral load and CD4 count is normally?
As this would be almost 2 weeks without meds, it would be recommended to start again as soon as you return home. You would also need a viral load test booked for a couple of weeks to check that your treatment is still working.
From undetectable it usually takes a week for viral load to rebound. Testing again will make sure your viral load returns to being suppressed.
Given the duration of time this it, it wouldn’t be recommended to rely on U=U until your viral load is confirmed.
