Can I change treatment if I get bad dreams and nausea with Tribuss?

Hi, I am in South Africa and have been on ARVs for many years. But every time I take Tribuss I always feel very sick , vomiting, hallucinations also nausea which last up until the next day.
Can I ask my doctor to change me into something else cuz it’s years and I can’t cope anymore?

The easy answer is yes. Please ask your doctor to do this asap.
South Africa now has a new combination called TLD which is now widely available. It is much easier to take than Tribuss becaude it does not include efavirenz.
I am really sorry you have had to put up with this combination for so long.
The next combination should be much easier. TLD is best taken in the morning though compared to Tribuss that needed to be taken at night.
