Green Tea has not been scientifically proven to have anti-HIV properties as this website states. You have to be careful what you are reading. There are millions of people who believe they have the cure to HIV but in reality, if it were true, there would be no need for ARVs.
However, green tea is a good antioxidant and a healthy thing to drink. It does not interfere with any ARVs.

Apple cider vinegar is acetic acid made from crushed apples. It can contain some vitamins and minerals. There is not a likely potential interaction with ARVs. But supplements containing calcium, iron, magnesium and some vitamins can interact with integrase inhibitors. What ARVs are you taking?

Some herbs and supplements can interact with some ARVs. It’s a good idea to check with your doctor about any supplements you are taking. But buchu leaves won’t do anything for HIV unfortunately.
