The normal CD4 range for HIV negative people is between 400 – 1600 cells/mm3

Hi i just found out that I am positive and my CD4count is 469 and my boyfriend is negative i don’t know what happened can i get pregnant and can somebody else be affected if CD4 is 469 and i am already started the treatment

When you say its been a lot lower, what do you mean? Also are you on medication? If you are how long have you been on medication for? Do you know what your viral load is?
My CD4 count is 328, do I have to worry. And it’s been a lot lower

On average, the normal CD4 range for an HIV negative person is between 460 and 1600. This is an average. Anywhere in this range is good.

On average, the normal CD4 range for an HIV negative person is between 460 and 1600. This is an average. Anywhere in this range is good.
Although generally a higher CD4 is good, an HIV negative person with a normal CD4 count of 1200 is not more healthy than someone whose normal count is 400.
It’s great that you’ve been on HIV treatment (ART) since 2012. Do you have access to your viral load results? Having an undetectable viral load is the best way to see if your ART is working well.

My cd4 is 474 and between 332-1567 how does this interpret? I’m on treatment since 2012.

A CD4 count of 548 is within the normal range for someone who is HIV negative. Please see this Q&A. What’s your viral load and what HIV meds are you taking?
