Question

What herbal teas can I drink for sleep problems?

On this site it mentions that drinking Chamomile and other herbal teas could help with sleep problems, what are the other herbal teas and are they safe to have if you are on meds? Thanks.

Answer

Apart from chamomile, people also use: passion flower (Passiflora incarnate), valerian (Valeriana officinalis), hops (Humulus lupulus) and also in some countries herbalists recommend mint. These are only some of the herbs, of course. You can check with your local herb shop. None of the above mentioned have interactions with ARVs and they are all safe to take.
