How long does dizziness with Tribuss last?

Hi I started Tribuss three days ago.
I just want to long know how long does dizzness takes because I’m I work night shift sometimes.

Tribuss is a generic version of Atripla.
Tribuss contains three ARVs- efavirenz, tenofovir and FTC. The dizziness you are experiencing is a common side effect of efavirenz.
Usually this will improve after the first few weeks of treatment. Efavirenz may be a difficult drug if you work shifts that require sometimes working days and sometimes working nights. This is becasue most people routinely take efavirenz before they sleep.
If this dizziness is affecting your ability to work, or making it dangerous to do so, it’s important to talk to your clinic about this. There are alternative drugs that may be more appropriate with your shift patterns.

I have two weeks taking ARV’s and some pills they said its for prevention TB. When i started taking ARV’s i experience more rash in my body then i rush to see the doctor ,She gave me a mycort to apply on my body.I always feeling dizzy the whole day. Please help.

I’m sorry to hear this. Especially as it looks like things were going well last year. However, it’s important to speak to your doctor about why you collapsed.
Did you feel dizzy? Dizziness is a reported side effect of Trivenz. Trivenz is usually taken at bedtime on an empty stomach. That’s because if you take Trivenz before bed you’ll be asleep when the side effects happen. Please see this link http://i-base.info/guides/1561 for more info.

I’m on Trivenz since 2018 May, last year I ran comrade marathon and finished it in it. Ran another marathon after. But last year November and this year January I collapsed after 40km and this 2nd one I don’t remember what happened before I collapse, can Trivenz cause that because doctors checked me even went for angiogram test and everything was clear. So now I’m really confused please help

Hi I started taking my drug 2 weeks from now but I can’t do anything after taking it
I started taking my treatment a 3weeks back,i feel dizzy,itcchness all over my body and tired all the time,i evn quit my job cos i couldn’t anymore all i want is to sleep(odimune)

Please discuss this with your doctor. There could be an issue with the efavirenz, that is if you’re taking ARVs that contain efavirenz.
