Can my family catch HIV from me?

I am HIV positive and i live with my brother’s family. Sometimes i hug my nieces or share a spoon with another family member. Are they at risk of HIV?

Hi,
None of the things you have described are a risk for transmission. HIV is not transmitted through day to day contact. You will not pass on HIV to you family through normal life.
