What is the right dosage of Acriptega for PEP?

Hello, I have prescription of Acriptega (Dolutegravir: 50mg; Lamivudine: 300mg; Tenofovir disoproxil: 300mg) for PEP, what is the right dosage per day?
Can I take iron and magnesium supplement in separate time with this Acriptega?

Acriptega is a combination pill. You take one pill a day for the duration of PEP.

Each pill will contain (dolutegravir: 50mg; lamivudine: 300mg; tenofovir disoproxil: 300mg) which is the correct dosing for both PEP and treatment.

Yes you can take these supplements. As mentioned you need to take them at a different time to PEP. The easiest way to do this is by taking them at different ends of the day e.g., PEP in the morning and supplements in the evening.

Taking them too close together risks the supplements reducing how much PEP the body absorbs.
