Is my baby at risk from small amounts of milk if I missed HIV meds?

Hi, I live in South Africa and have a 33 month old that tested negative at 18 months so he started a new habit of suckling on my breast and I never thought milk was coming out.
Today I got the shock of my life when I saw droplets of milk on my child it’s not much but there is milk coming out I don’t even know when this started I am so worried because I would sometimes miss meds for days because I didn’t think there’s anything coming out.
What are the chances of him being infected i am so worried I took bloods 2 weeks back and my next clinic date is in December I am so scared my viral load has always been undectable I am from South Africa.

Please do not worry about this.
From what you have said, such small amounts of milk will not have harmed your baby because your viral load is undetectable.
Missing your meds should not have affected your viral load, if you are lucky,
I am worried about your health though and that you sometimes miss your meds.
You need to keep well and healthy both for yourself and for your baby.
Your baby needs you to stay healthy too :)
