How much food do I need with Eviplera?

I am on Eviplera and having difficulties with calorie measurements as I eat very small meals and I am a small person anyway…can you advise on the everyday sizes of meals or portions to eat which will cover the calories required?
I am African and I will be going to South Africa. Is it okay to have yellow fever vaccine which I am due after 10yrs……i will omit malaria tabs as i use repellent sprays.

Eviplera needs to be taken with a meal or snack of at least 390-530 calories. This leaflet from Birmingham University Hospital has lots of examples of appropriate meals. It is very important not to ignore this food requirement as this could lower your absorption of rilpivirine (one of the drugs in Eviplera) by 40%, which could stop it working.
