Multivitamins are minerals are only really needed if you have a deficiency or if you don;t have a balanced and nutritious diet.
So long as you use recommend dose they will not do any harm.
The only ARVs that interact with multivitamins are integrate inhibitors. It this case you just need to separate dosing of the multivitamins and ARVs by at least four hours

Hi my viral load is always too high for more than 4 years and it is frustrating me when ever is time for my blood results I feel exhausted because I know it is always high. Now I started to take ds24 capsule just want to know if I’m doing right.
Hi Mafika, taking multivitamins with TLD are safe unless the multivitamin contains calcium, magnesium, or aluminium. If this is the case you will need to take your vitamin 6 hours before, or 2 hours after your dose of TLD.
You only need to be taking multivitamins if you are deficient in any of them. Otherwise a balanced diet and sun exposure will provide all vitamins required.

You can still take multivitamins, but just need to separate this from TLD. This requires separating the dolutegravir dose. These products need to be taken a minimum of two hours after dolutegravir or six hours before.

Your viral load will be fine, you just need to ensure that you take your meds and any other medication at different times.
Good day, I am using Abacivir, Lamivudine and Dolutegravirat 5am daily.. After 2 hours I take my BP pills enap, ridaq, vitC 1000 MG, VitD 1000 iu, zinc 25…this morning I mistakingly swallowed my vitamins first.. Will this affect my viral load as I have to wait for 2 hours to take my arvs?
