Hi, my viral load was high when I first met my boyfriend and we slept without using a condom for months.. And i was taking my Arvs the way I should have been taking them….and he is uncercumsised.. I just read that chances of him getting infected are high.. Can he be infected already?

HIV positive people on effective ART are not a risk to their partners.
U=U means that an undetectable viral load on ART makes HIV untransmittable.
This ie even without a condom.

There would have been a risk when your viral load was high before treatment.
The only way for your partner to know their HIV status if for them to take a test. It would be much better for their health if they find this out now.
