Should I worried about this viral load on efavirenz and Dumiva?

I am on efavirez and Dumiva and I normally take them at 9pm at the same time.should I separate the time or I should continue as usual?
Also I recently did a blood test at the clinic and my viral load jumped from 104 to 204 .am worried because I thought it would drop but the nurse says it might be an error at the lab or it might be the covid vaccine.
Should I be worried?

It sounds like you are doing everything right. It is good to take efavirenz and Dumiva (abacavir and lamivudine) together and at night.
The difference between the two viral load results might just be a lab error. So the nurse is giving you good advice.
But you should also check this again in about four weeks,
Please do not just wait months for your next viral load test.
If it is still detectable, then maybe you could ask about the new medicine in South Africa called TLD.

This is also a good option if you currently have side effects to efavirenz. For example, not sleeping well or mood changes.
