I’m using ART. Does it reduce the chance of transmitting the virus to my partner?

Yes, using ART does reduce the risk of transmission. It can reduce this risk to zero.

If your ART reduces your viral load to below 200, there is no risk of sexual transmission. This is explained by U=U.

Even if you do not have a viral load below 200, being on ART and having some suppression will greatly reduce the risk of transmission.
