Hi good day! I am an HIV positive about 1 year and 2 months right now? My last test of viral load was April 2022 with the result of 20copies/ml.
I have had sexual contact last night with my boyfriend without using condoms? Did i transmit the virus? Thank you and godbless🙏

No you did not. It is not possible to transmit HIV via sex while your viral load is below 200.
This is explained by U=U.
There is no risk of HIV transmission to your boyfriend while not using a condom and your viral load is this low.
