I am a man and I want to have a baby with my wife. Is this possible without passing on HIV?

Yes it is possible to do this. Do you know your viral load?
If you have a viral load below 200 and on treatment it is safe to have sex with your wife without a condom. There would be no risk of transmission to your wife and baby would be safe. This is called U=U.
If you are not on treatment, or your viral load is too high, your wife can also start PrEP. This is a medication used to prevent transmission to your wife. Your wife would only need to take it for as long as you are having sex without a condom. In the same way, this would also keep your wife and baby safe.
