I worry about my boyfriend?

Hi, I am a 30-year-old woman who was diagnosed five years ago. I have been undetectable since, although I have had low blips twice – both less than 200. I also gave birth to a healthy baby in 2023.
So now I’m in a new relationship, and I haven’t shared my status, and we haven’t been using protection. I worry now and then if I can be one of those rare cases where I will be undetectable but infect someone. I take my medecation consistently, and I’m hoping I don’t infect my new boyfriend.

You are doing really well on treatment and great to hear your baby is doing so well too.
Viral load less than 200 means your boyfriend is not at any risk.
There are no rare cases where transmission occurs – really it doesn’t
