Green Tea has not been scientifically proven to have anti-HIV properties as this website states. You have to be careful what you are reading. There are millions of people who believe they have the cure to HIV but in reality, if it were true, there would be no need for ARVs.
However, green tea is a good antioxidant and a healthy thing to drink. It does not interfere with any ARVs.
Hi Lungisani, unfortunately diet and exercise are the best way to lose belly fat. You doctor should be able to help with information. Please don’t use any supplements that make this claim.

Although it is advertised in South Africa and maybe other countries as a herbal remedy, there is no evidence that it works. Unless further evidence has been produced, it will not help you treat any medical condition. This means the claims are false and it is a scam.

It’s OK to drink green tea as well as eat yogurt when you’re on meds and TB medication, there won’t be an interaction.
