The only way to increase your CD4 is to use HIV treatment (ART).
Nothing else, including multi vitamins, supplements or herbal remedies can increase your CD4 count. Please see this question for more info.
Hi Dora, congratulations on your pregnancy. It is safe to continue treatment while pregnant.
Treatment will help to keep both you and baby healthy. It will also work to help prevent transmission to baby.

2days back I got results that am HIV positive I swallowed my med for 2days now and am pregnant of 7month can I stop and I start from there after birth??if I continue what will happen to my baby??
Im on site at PE came yesterday nd I’m left with 3 pills, and I’m based in Johannesburg, but I’ll be leaving next week Friday, I’m having multivitamin BCom, will they help me since I ran out of ARVs??

How long are you going to be without ARVs? I’m asking as only ARVs can control your HIV.
