What is the difference between Tribuss and Odimune tablets?

Hi,
Tribuss and Odimune are generic versions of the fixed dose combination pill Atripla. These drugs have different names because they are made by different manufacturers.
Each version contains the same doses of three drugs. These are tenofovir, FTC and efavirenz.
There are no safety concerns from switching from one manufacturer to another.

Tribuss is used to treat HIV. But it can be good news if your partner is taking Tribuss as HIV treatment (ART). That’s because the aim of ART is to get the viral load result to undetectable. And if you’re undetectable you cannot transmit HIV even if you don’t use condoms.

My partner is taking Tribuss which I saw them in a cupboard he never told me or discuss any status we not using condom the last time I checked my status I was negative before I slept with him should I be worried what is Tribuss for.

Please discuss this with your doctor. They should be able to tell you what you need to use. This isn’t something that’s related to HIV.
