What is the difference between Tribuss and Telatri?

Hi there,

Tribuss and Teletri are both single pill combinations to treat HIV.

There are many different makes of each of these generic drugs.

Telatri is a more modern combination. It includes tenofovir DF, lamivudine (3TC) and dolutegravir coformulated into a single pill (TLD)

Tribuss is an older type of treatment. It includes efavirenz plus emtricitabine plus tenofovir-DF.

    Hi Khwezi, Teltri is a generic version of TLD. TLD is an HIV medication used to prevent and/or treat HIV.

    Hi Ntombi, I am sorry to hear that you have been having these problems with your face. Have you had any tests to investigate the cause?

    What treatment are you on for HIV and do you know your current CD4 count and viral load?
