Tribuss and Telatri are both single pill combinations to treat HIV.
There are many different makes of each of these generic drugs.

Telatri is a more modern combination. It includes tenofovir DF, lamivudine (3TC) and dolutegravir coformulated into a single pill (TLD)
Tribuss is an older type of treatment. It includes efavirenz plus emtricitabine plus tenofovir-DF.
Hi Akhona, as with all HIV medication Telatri should be taken at the same time every day.
This is because Telatri is active in the body for about 24 hours. After 24 hours the drug is less effective in the body and will need the next dose to keep the level high enough in the body to work. Taking the treatment late can risk your treatment becoming less effective in treating HIV. Taking your treatment early can lead to more side effects when the medication levels are too high in your body.
Can l take the telatri pill any time of day or the same time every day?
Hi Ningi, Telatri is a generic version of TLD. This is a medication that can be used as both PEP and ARVs.

Hi Glen, Telatri is a suitable combination to use as PEP. Taking within 72 hours is effective. This will need to be a course for 28 days.
