I finished PEP. Now I have symptoms?

3 days after finishing PEP I am having stomach pain and diarrhoea.

Side effects from PEP would present while taking PEP. Now that you have finished taking PEP these symptoms would not be caused by your medication.
It is also too early for this to be a sign of seroconversion. A number of things can cause stomach pain and diarrhoea. PEP and HIV are not likely in this case. If your symptoms continue/worsen it is important you seek medical help.

Hi Bikram, a conclusive test will be 6 weeks after the last dose of PEP using a 4th generation test.

Hi, a week ago I was too drunk and got into a massage parlour for a happy ending. I was so drunk that I was not able to finish. Being frustrated, the lady put on a condom on me and began oral and subsequently actual penetration by going on top of me. I allowed it to happen as I was in a really drunk state and could not make the decisions well enough. Although I remember that she put on a condom before the first oral, I can’t recall if it broke, slip off or was there any point we had sex without condom. At the end I finished to the handjob and stimulation of my balls.
I have been very worried as this is the first time I did this and even had no intention for anything. I have been getting night sweats after this incident, likely due to anxiety. On day 3, about 60 hours later, I went to get PEP because I was too afraid and didn’t want to take any risks. I took HIV test and tested negative before starting PEP.
Last few days have been hell, been waking up with night sweats. Currently I have a very weird symptom, my temperature across my entire body seem to be similar. I used to be able to put my hands on my neck when I’m cold but now it just seems everywhere is cold. Lastly, after about a week from exposure, I’m having diarrhea (likely due to PEP) and this caused the part between my scrotum and anus to have a lingering strain. Not sure if it is std or what not.
How likely is my risk of STD / HIV?
Hi Kaka, no this is not a sign of HIV. The symptoms you are experiencing are very common and can be caused by a number of things e.g., medication side effects, stomach bugs or stress. If these symptoms continue/you’re worried, please speak with your doctor.
Am on my 3rd week taking pep but uo to now i experience stomach pains and diarrea .and from explanations they say this side effects of pep are mild and go away a fews days to one week but of mine is on third weeek.is possible that i have contracted hiv

I had sex with a male massage sex worker and do oral sex as well as I became his bottom. After he cum he immediately remove the condom and I accidentally suck his dick again then he just masturbate me until I cum. After a few minutes, I went out and I was freaked out thinking on what I did. I immediately search things about HIV specially about swallowing a semen and I found out that it will not really transmit just by doing that but to assure I started spitting and tried my best to change all the fluid on my mouth. After I went home I also did mouthwash to clear everything. I also check my mouth if I have open sore or gum bleeding but I didn’t find anything. But because I was paranoid I went to a HIV test near me then do all the test even for hepatitis and STI. After all
the test the result is all negative but the doctor still gave me a medication for PEP. I take the medicine 24 hours after that sex and I’m observing my body if there is some changes but I didn’t feel any side effects I just feel tickling all over my body but maybe it’s the result of thinking too much. Is there anyone here experience what I experience or is it really possible to get HIV through swallowing a semen?
