My partner says bad things about HIV – please help

I am taking Luvigen medication for HIV.
Is there any way that my partner could be affected coz he don’t want to use condom when we use sex and am worried coz he usually say bad things about people who living with HIV.
What should I do – please help.

Thanks – and sorry to hear about this stress from your partner.
So long as you are taking your meds and have an undetectable viral load, there is zero risk of HIV to your partner.
I worry more about you though because this doesn’t sound like a supportive partner for you – and I worry that your partner is too stupid to learn about HIV and U=U.
I also worry that you have to hide this aspect of your life from your partner as it is not good for you to be stressed like this. You are an amazing person and must be very strong to manage this aspect of your life.
Your partner is not at any risk of HIV but I hope you find a way to be happier in the future.
