It’s important to be taking HIV treatment (ART) if you are breastfeeding your baby. This can dramatically reduce the risk to your baby.

You can find out more about feeding your baby in the question that has already been answered here:

Hi Mateddu – this website is best for checking interactions:
    http://www.hiv-druginteractions.org

It shows that you can take both drugs together but to be cautious that levels of serouel might be lower. Please talk to your doctor about this so you can be carefully monitored.

Here is a link to the report on the interaction that you could take to your doctor.

Hi Catherine. Based on your CD4 count you are doing very well on your current treatment. The Truvada will also be working to treatment hepatitis B ans well as HIV. Having less fat or muscle is likely to be related to the first HIV meds that you used ten ro more years ago. It is very difficult to change these now. Please talk to your doctor about your weight,

Hi, if both partner are positive and on treatment, the only risks are pregnancy or other STIs. It is okay to have sex togetyher and okay not to use condoms if this is what you prefer.

Pls talk to your doctor about your sexual health.

HIV drugs do not affect you sex drive or energy but other helath problems might cause this.
